Silence Is Not The Solution.

If you think it's okay to be silent when something's going wrong with you then you're probably wrong. Take a stand, at least for yourself. You can't shut your mouth if someone or something's disturbing you. You can't let them take your silence for granted.You might think of maintaining peace with them but you never know what's going on in their minds. Stop the habit of going on with the flow and start taking a stand. Just break the silence and speak for yourself, might make you feel better and your inner self even more 
healthier. 😉
